Well, but the real objective was to see whether the expired Strepsils would kill me after all. In the case that it didn't, check if it did provide some comfort to my throat - which, as said in the post, it <em>did</em>. Myth busted. One wonders if my cough would have healed faster with proper, unexpired Strepsils though... Ah. But as the freegan way goes, as long as it's edible and it's safe, it's good. Just don't expect me to go trying out stale, purple fish and decaying meat any time soon. :) Ah well, as expected, I am still alive!
